Our Winter Blend gives approachable cozy vibes with tasting notes of milk chocolate, almond, candied orange and warming spices.

This year, for our Warm Up Winter Blend, we selected coffees from two amazing women coffee producers from Honduras and El Salvador.

In El Salvador, Café Pacas led by Maria Pacas is committed to community, quality, and sustainability. They consistently perform well in national Cup of Excellence competitions, and relentlessly fight against growing problems associated with climate change. In addition to agronomic focus at the farm level, the team does all of their own milling and prep for export. They also host an annual in-house quality competition to encourage and inspire their farm managers. 

In Honduras, Jesus Guzman runs her own high elevation farm. She had been working with commercial grade coffee since 2011, and as a clothing inspector in San Pedro Sula. With the money from her inspection job, she decided to buy the farm land with the hopes of increasing her household income through the production of specialty grade coffee. Her production is very small and we are fortunate to be able to purchase the entire lot. Final milling is done at Beneficio San Vicente.

Packaged in a custom-designed tin with metal lid. Once you have finished the coffee, re-use or recycle! The tin is curbside recyclable.
