Finca Santo Tomas Perdido sits on the volcanic slopes above Lake Atitlán, where the Torrebiarte family has been producing specialty coffee for three generations. The farm even powers itself with hydroelectric energy from its own river. Legend has it that Saint Thomas himself wandered here and called it the most beautiful place in the world.
