Coffee cherries are delivered by smallholder farmers to the Eva Gotiti Washing Station where they are meticulously washed, fermented, and dried on raised beds with careful attention to water use, traceability, and lot separation. Beyond quality, the washing station invests in its community through seedling distribution, financial support, and premium payments, making this coffee a true reflection of care at every step. The region is well known for its high altitude and iron-rich soil which produces a complex cup.
