Heirloom selection grown by smallholder farmers in the Gedeo Zone, Yirgacheffe. Hand-picked, washed, then sun-dried on raised beds. The high altitude and iron-rich soil of this renowned region produce a lively complex cup.
12oz bag. Our specialty grade arabica coffee beans are roasted daily at our Greenpoint, Brooklyn roastery.
