Here is a delicious new offering from San Francisco Alto near La Plata in Huila, Colombia. Eduardo Muse’s farm, Pedregosa, is home to about 6000 caturra and colombia trees that span two hectares. The incredible elevation here fills the cup with brown sugar and dark chocolate sweetness that is set off by warming spices and juicy pear acidity. This microlot is fully washed and dried on raised beds after undergoing a two day mixed fermentation.

Our premium coffee beans are roasted daily at our Greenpoint, Brooklyn roastery. We ship only whole bean coffee and do not grind the beans prior to shipping.  Coffee is packaged in sealed valve bags.  We roast to order!
